A petite puck of fresh chèvre marinated in an olive oil blend that has been steeped with herbes de Provence, mixed peppercorns, fresh bay leaves and chives, cracked fennel and coriander and a hint of local lavender.

Delightful, when eaten with crusty fresh bread or crackers or crumbled on a salad.  The marinade is a tasty addition to salad dressings.
