Our pepper crop has seemed to always done well and to utilize those late in the season, we have developed two different varieties. Our first is made from out Hungarian Wax Peppers and has a very nice peach color. Our most recent variety is made from the Jalapeno peppers and it has a strong green color. Both are excellent in flavor and are great with cream cheese and crackers. A young customer convinced me to try them on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and am I glad she did. It is amazing.
